WinAPIS - The easy way to APIS!

Download the latest WinAPIS Beta files here:

• WinAPIS Version 2.00 Beta Setup.EXE   1.5MB 6/20/2004   (Zip File instead of EXE)

This program will install to C:\Program Files\WinAPIS2\. Currently you must manually copy the WinAPIS.INI, CREW.DAT, and PAX.DAT files from C:\Program Files\WinAPIS\ folder to the WinAPIS2 folder. This allows you to run both the old and new versions.

• To send a Master Crew List, start WinAPIS2.
• Make sure country, license #, and status are set for all the crew members in the database.

• Select from menu, Crew Lists, then Master List - Add Member

  This will setup a 'Flight' that meets the specs for sending a Master Crew List, DO NOT CHANGE the flight #, ports, or times.

  All of the crew members should be listed as on the 'Flight'.

• Click on 'Email Crew' button
• The new EDIAPIS program will open with a successful message. Close this program so WinAPIS can send the email.
• Check with customs to make sure they got the crew list OK
